Rates: A special rate has been reserved at The Westin Harbour Castle for all IGX x ImNO attendees for the nights of March 4 and 5, 2025.
Once you register, you will receive the booking link in your confirmation email.
Traditional Single/Double Room – $419 per night CAD plus taxes
Traditional Triple Room – $439 per night CAD plus taxes
Traditional Quad Room – $459 per night CAD plus taxes
Guest room rates are subject to applicable taxes, including 13% HST and 6% MAT tax. Cancellations must be received at least 72 hours prior to arrival date (before 4pm Eastern Time) or a penalty of 1 night room charge and taxes will be applied to your credit card. Outside of 72 hours, there is no penalty.

Room Sharing
Interested in room sharing? Submit your information to Bobbi@gemstone-events.com by January 6, 2025 to be connected with another interested attendee.
Please provide your first name, last name, gender identity (used to assist in room pairings), email for contact and room sharing preferences (ex. I prefer to share with someone who identifies as a male). You will be contacted by January 13th with other interested attendees.
*Reservations will be made by the attendees directly and costs will be split between both attendees sharing the room. The Organizer will help facilitate the necessary introductions of those interested in sharing a room.
*WARNING: Please note there may be companies soliciting our participants by offering to book their hotel rooms for IGT x ImNO. IGT x ImNO has no arrangement with any external organizations, and we recommend you book directly with the hotels.

Ground Transportation: The Toronto Pearson International Airport has various modes of ground transportation, such as car rentals, taxis, Ubers, limos, etc. Be sure to check the airport website HERE for more information and be aware of the distance from airport to hotel. Taxis are available on the Arrivals level at Terminal 1 and Terminal 3.
Taxi service is available at Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport. Head to the taxi corral located to the right of the mainland pavilion. Lyft and Uber services are also available.
